The MacPherson Family welcomed a new addition to their crew and we captured some sweet moments during this Traverse City, Michigan family photography session. This at-home session was the perfect place to capture the family in a space that was comfortable for all. Even the family dogs seemed to enjoy the photoshoot! The neutral tones and natural light made for bright and airy photographs that will be timeless for years to come. With such an exciting time of life, we know these special photos will be cherished forever! And of course, we love that we were able to highlight the moments of admiration and the bond that the new parents have with their newborn. We are so glad that the MacPherson Family decided to capture these memories as they adjust to being a family of three!

Leelanau County Senior Portraits | Sabryn

Senior Portraits with a horse in Lake Leelanau, Michigan

Leelanau County senior portraits can create some the of the most unique and stunning High School senior pictures possible!

Sabryn happens to board her horse at Black Star Farms in Leelanau County which provided us with some of our favorite images of any Traverse City High School senior pictures to date. Sabryn effortlessly posed with her gorgeous horse in one of its pastures and it was truly an amazing scene! The golden light that streamed in through the trees also added a beautiful and majestic touch! It’s safe to say that having a horse join the photoshoot was a first for us and it certainly did not disappoint! These photos really captured Sabryn’s passion and love for horses and highlighted her special bond with her own horse.

The portraits taken without her horse also showed off her fun and carefree personality! We absolutely loved this session and how Sabryn’s passions and hobbies stood out making her session very unique! This Leelanau County senior portrait session will definitely be one for the books!

Our Lake Charlevoix Family Photography with the Gordon Family couldn’t have been on a more beautiful summer day!

We headed to the beach with this group of 14 to capture some long-lasting images in a place they hold so dear to them! We started the session near Lake Charlevoix and finished it on the front porch of their home. Something about the beach just makes portraits more fun and relaxed! The cool toned outfits and the summer foliage paired perfectly to create timeless and refreshing photos that will last a lifetime.

This Lake Charlevoix family photography session perfectly captured the beautiful family and all the young one’s playful spirits! After all, these are the photos the kids will look back on when they are grown. That is why it is so important to not let these times slip away!
